Ganpro is one of the most thoroughly safety tested direct fed microbials on the market. It has been approved by the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) for use in livestock while the specific strain within Ganpro has been accepted for use by the U.S. FDA Center for Veterinary Medicine and has been awarded self-affirmed GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) status. In over 70 years of extensive use, the specific strain within Ganpro has not had a single report of adverse effects, is nonpathogenic, nontoxicogenic and produces no antibiotics.
